As the Customer Experience Coordinator, I help create systems that keep the shop running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels clear, honest, and handled with care.

I manage front office operations, marketing, and outreach, working closely with our techs and leadership to keep things efficient on both sides of the counter. We’re a small team committed to doing the right thing – and doing it well.
